Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday) after your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days after processing.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery directly through the carrier's website.

International Shipping

Currently, Tigarly ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete during checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@tigarly.com. Please provide your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a satisfactory resolution.
